Cocoknits' stitch stoppers are soft and flexible cylinders made of durable EVA foam, in a variety of sizes with an opening in the middle. The Jumbo set will accommodate knitting needles from size US 15 to a US 19 (or 10mm to 16mm). And they may even work on some of your smaller needles.
